Suggest Treatment For Swelling On The Calves, Ankles And Inner Thighs

I have swelling in calf s on down to ankle and tops of feet n inner thighs. Not pregnant. Not sugar or bp not clots doctor said. Laying down n can feel nawing dull pain mostly in calf s. Now I feel pain in wrists. Tingling burning sensation in calf s on down. Please what could this be
