Suggest Treatment For Swelling In The Thighs After Injury

I fell last night hard on my hip thigh and I have a little swelling in that area,I also have a rod and pins from a previous injury from years ago femur compound fracture. The pain is only when I walk or sit certain ways.How do I treat theswelling and would it be ok if I wait until tomorrow to see a doctor for x=ray s?

it can be hematoma or fracture femur. it can be diagnosed after clinical examination and x-ray. can start warm phomantation with tab combiflam after food. proper treatment can be given after x-ray and clinical examination. till then take rest and give support to effected leg.
