Suggest Treatment For Swelling In Arm Due To Injected Meth

I injected bad crystal meth into my arm (between my elbow and wrist, closer to wrist), and it burned as well as swelled up and is very tender and sore to the touch. This was yesterday afternoon, less than 34 hours ago, and the swelling isnt going down ,but isn t worse either. How do I get the swelling to go away without going to a doctor?

some of the possibilities are infection (spreading redness, inflammation and pain and warmth), chemical burn (hard to tell from infection), loss of circulation (which can even result in gangrene and loss of limb).
