i am 43 yrs of age ,6'3''male. and about 107 kgs . i have been living sedantary life for past 1-2 yrs. i started running to loose weight and and realised after 2 days that i had developed swelling on my ankles and shin thereafter . there is no pain and niether of my symptoms match to the symptoms given on internet . i do not know how this swelling developed overnight and has not gone since past 10 days.
