Suggest Treatment For Swelling Around Ankle

i have a dent on my shin and swelling around my ankle, it started a few days ago when i was playing soccer and when i was shooting me and my friend hit eachothers shins extremely hard, the area is bruised and swollen as well as the dent in the shin, what is it?

There is possibility of haematoma due to injury.
tibia leg bone is superficial leading to frequent injury.
you may need clinical examination and x ray to rule out bony abnormality.
you can do ice fomentation and take rest.
