Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Pain Near The Anus

Hi, I was having bit pain near my anus since 2 days and then i observed with mirror some skin swellings near my anus which are bit itching and painful. i feel now pain in passing stool as anal opening feels tight. Is it Piles or fissure. CAN I USE ANOVATE CREAM.

It is likely piles/ hemorrhoids.
The anovate cream would not be helpful for hemorrhoids.

Hemorrhoids would worsen with straining so you would need to try not to strain. The use of high fiber diet and fluids would help. A stool softener, if the stool is still hard, may also help for a few days.

Sitz baths and the use of oral pain killers would also help with your discomfort.
