I fell down the stairs this morning inside my home. I landed on my right knee.i tumbled down. Both knees hurt are swollen with Carpet burn.Right ankle is swollen and sore.i am limping.various bruises and back pain.how important is for me to go to doctor

yes it is important you see a doctor and get it examined it may not be a very serious issue but it can be a very painful one
you may need a period of immobilization and stronger painkillers and anti inflammatory medication which are not available OTC
