Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Nodules On The Thyroid

I have nodules in my thyroid and my thyroid is frequently swollen. I show many symptoms of hypothyroidism(grogginess, tiredness, easily exhausted during physical activity, weight gain despite rigorous exercise and healthy eating, thinning brittle frizzy hair, memory problems, headaches, etc.) but my endocrinologist didn t diagnose me with it because the blood tests that they did came back normal. Is it possible that I could still have hypothyroidism? If so how can I get my doctor to realize it?
