General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thank you for your query.

From your details I think your son is suffering from Aneurysmal bone cyst over Zygomatic bone following trauma.

To confirm the diagnosis you need to do-
1. X-ray in which unilocular radiolucency may found
2.Aspiration from the lump- it may reveal blood

After the diagnosis the treatment plan will be the excision the lump under GA then biopsy to exclude another possibility.

I think it will help you.

Wish your son's good health.
Regards
Dr. Atique
