On Sept. 15 while walking to my office I twisted my foot under me, not an ankle, it was black and blue on the bottom by the pinky toe and through all the smaller toes on top and swollen. I've iced it daily and used heat at night. All the black and blue has left, I'm more modile as the days go on but the swelling is giving me the problem. Can't get the foot in a solid type shoe yet. i.e.-sneaker. I'm an active 67 female. Any suggestions???
