Suggest Treatment For Sunburn Marks On The Legs And Back

I have a really bad sunburn on my legs back and stomach. It s hard to walk after I have been sitting for awhile, it feels like my veins are going to pop out of my calves. They aren t actually popping out though. It s been just over 24 hours now. I painfully taught a cardio class tonight and afterwards showered.upon drying myself I notice very large lymphondes in my groin, some as big as grapes. Could this be from my sunburn?

enlarged lymphnodes can be signs of infection, if you spent too much time in sunburn then you just have to wait it out, during your wait you can apply aloe vera or something like Silver Hydrogel if you can get your hands on them. If its infection then look for streaking along the swollen lympnodes and if you do have streaking then you need antibiotics. also if you n/v/f/c then those also can be co-related to infection
