Your problems could well be caused due to rapid gain in weight. The cause of such rapid weight gain needs to be evaluated. For weight gain to occur, the amount of energy taken in as food needs to be greater than the total amount of energy spent. So, needless to say that you need to cut down on the food intake. Take high fibre diet. Exercise regularly with regular morning walk. You may also opt for electrical muscle stimulation therapy that is available at many slimming centres. Get your thyroid profile checked (if not done already) as hypothyroidsm could also be a cause of rapid weight gain.
