Suggest Treatment For Sudden Spinning Of Head

Female, 9 yrs old complains of sudden head spinning that persists for the last hour. Also complains of slight pressure in chest with sensation of rising to esophagus and back down to abdomen. Resting pulse is 64. No fever. Otherwise healthy child. Need for concern?

I really appreciate your concern such symptoms may be due to dyspepsia, complete bed rest would be the best way for this, nil by mouth for few hours even much better, symptom would improved, and this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care.
