I had eye surgery last sept 11, 2013 I hemmorhaged badly - I had a low platelet count just prior 127 I had slits cut into the front of my eye for a sclera buckle - on discharge I had watery blood droplets coming from my eye r u still with me I also hemmorhaged in the back of my eye - the suprchoidral burst - too much pressure from the clamps was it safe to operate with such a low platele count

this procedure should notbrought down your platelet count. you have to wait it will become normal. if it is so requered then platelet iv infusion is available which can be given.
