Suggest Treatment For Sub Mucous Fibrosis
I am affected By sub Mucous Fibrosis Since 10 Years.So many Treatments I had taken From Diffrent Doctors. I am also having Diabetes Type II. At Present Because of Sub Mucous Fibrosis ,I Could not Eat Spicy Food,Cold Drinks and My Mouth Is Burning inside. I could Not Open My Mouth More Than 15 MM. Please Advice the Oral Treatment

Sub-mucosal fibrosis is a progressive condition and there is no definitive treatment to reverse it. However, medication to stop its progression can be taken. Sub-mucosal fibrosis commonly occurs due to tobacco use. Thus, tobacco chewing should be completely avoided. In addition, medication to arrest or stop fibrosis should be stated. I suggest you to consult an oral surgeon for management.
