Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain With Nausea

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...woke up at 3am with nausea. Had a green bowel movement day before. Threw up once and it was yellow today. Neck hurts and tailbone. Feeling a bit better now. Nausea was coming and going this morning Top of stomach felt tight and hurt also

Hello,

Some advices that I can give to you are :
- Take antacids for the stomach pain
- Drink a large number of clear fluids to remain hydrated, but consume it in small sips at a time.
-Avoid solid foods of any kind until vomiting stops.
-Avoid using medications that may upset your stomachs, such as nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or corticosteroids.
