Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain While Having Fibroid

I m experiencing some intense stomach pain. I thought it was kidney infection, or uti, but I am spotting now. I am currently on depo, which I get the next shot next week. I also have a large fibroid that per ob/gyn, cannot be removed. I have tramadol, acet/oxy, acet/hydro. which one is best for pain?

Hey, you can take tramadol for pain. It can cause a bit of nausea so take metoclopramide 10mg with it for nausea.

In case your pain persists, get yourself checked by your obs/gyn for better management.
