Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain And Vomiting

My 6 year old daughter was fine yesterday. This morning she got up early and said her stomach hurt. About an hour and a half later she vomited, clear to yellow tinged saliva fluid, maybe about 1 cup. She has since vomited 3 more times this am, with a decrease in the amount of fluid coming out. She looks a little pale, but has no other symptoms...

Hai.. She could be having a prodrome of acute watery diarrhea... Diarrhea might start. Did she anything anything other than home made food in last 7-10 days. As of now give only antiemetic. If diarrhea starts give ors & zinc supplements. If she's very dull & urine output is reduced... See your pediatrician. Happy to help anytime. If you are happy with my reply, kindly rate it.
