Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain And Vomiting

I have a friend who has ibs she has been very sickly lately when i ask her how she feels she says like shit she has mild stomach pains and keeps vomiting everything she intakes.... She also has lost color and can barely sit up... We took her to the ER and they didnt asnwer any of our questions i want to know what to do

Are you sure of IBS diagnosis?? If yes, only then take the following medications and let me know in 10 days -

Rx
1. Rabiprazole plus domperidone - Twice a day on empty stomach
(In case the patient vomits this medicine out, start with tablet ondesetron - mouth dissolving twice a day & rabiprazole separately after half an hour)
2. Lacto bacili capsules/tablets - Thrice a day
3. Limarine 140mg - Twice a day
4. B Complex with B-12 & folic acid (either in combination or separately)- Once a day.
This has to be accompanied with a bland diet involving curd/yogurt as an essential component.
Also from the next time, make sure to mention bowel habits of the patient in such cases for a more accurate treatment.
