Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain And Loose Stool After Dinner

Dear Doctor, Till 11pm yesterday everything was fine. Taken veg ladiesfinger for dinner. I am 41 years old age. at 1AM stomach pain started which was severe like grinding inside stomach. 1AM to till 8AM there are 5 times loose stools, headache, back pain (suspecting due to loose motion). In fact there was all time headache from past few weeks (thought this is due to work pressure). After 8am there is no feel like loose motion. At 9.30am taken 1 capsule Pantix -D SR and another tablet Meftal from a pharmacy. Few months ago had light pain when had the same vegetable. That is how I suspect this time due to that. Is the ladies finger veg have any content which does not suite for all human beings. Please suggest overall why that pain started, how to take care now and in future. thanks.

Well come to HCM
The symptoms may be due to dyspepsia commonly known as indigestion this is mostly induces diarrhea and abdominal pain, condition is self limiting, hydration is matter only, no need to worry about this, it would be fine soon, take care for hydration, if this is abdominal pain then this can be treated with Tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen as per needed, hope this information helps, take care.
