Suggest Treatment For Stomach Fullness And Weight Loss

I am unable to eat more than 3-4 bites of food at any meal as I immediately full. So I have lost some weight. My stomach feels overfull all the time... as if I swallowed a whole watermelon. And I now have a hard lump just above my belly button ... but it does not stick out. And the lump now hurts but that may be because I was touching the hard lump. I am also getting weaker as I am unable to eat enough food. I did have rectal cancer in summer 2012 but all screens since have been clear.

Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Dear I read your query and reviewed it with context to your query facts.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Epigastric Hernia with Bloated Abdomen/ Gastric paressis.
this is causing lack of appettite from gastric paresis and or / from fear of pain with bloated abdomen from gastric paresis, due to entrapped gastric or perigastric tissue in the epigastric hernia.
Repeated touch trauma has lead to hurting of the lump- which could be -preperitoneal entrapped fat/ or entrapped gastric mesentery /or colonic mesentery .
other causes as gastric ulceration / gastritis / or gastric cancer.Your rectal cancer could add stomach fullness and weight loss from resultant obstruction and metastasis.
Remedy-
Consult Surgeon to assess the cause of it physically and by USG examination immediately.
AFter investigating with colonoscopy / EGD(Esophao-Gastro-Duodenoscopy) / CT abdomen / Surgeon would plan needful treatment accordingly.
After confirmation of epigastric hernia, mesh repair / or simple correction of vental epigastric herniation defect would resolve your issues completely.

Hope this would help you to solve your health issues in the best way possible.
Welcome for any further query in this regard.

Good Day!!
