Suggest Treatment For Stomach Complaint

Hi, my question is; I m feeling flutters on the left side of my stomach and have also been bleeding lightly. I mean very lightly, the pregnancy test came back negative. I also have this dull pain in my lower back that is not going away. The pain started 4 days ago, when the bleeding first started. When the bleeding started it stopped that day, but came back 3 days later.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of flutters in the left side of abdomen, bleeding started days ago and the flutter reappeared after three days. There is a low back ache that is not going away.
Clinically this looks to be colitis that has increased due to congestion of uterine bleeding and caused the low back ache too.
I would advise you to take anti-spasmodic to relieved the pain and may help backache to certain extent.
Get the stool checked and if shows an infection take a course of an antibiotic, metronidazole and probiotics and should solve your problems.
