Suggest Treatment For Stiffness In Finger Joints
Hi, I am a 50yr old female and for some time now I have not been able to clench both hands into fists properly, my little finger, ring finger and middle finger on both hands will not bend into a fist. They straighten fine just can't bend them, any suggestions as to what herbal remedies are out there.
