i work part time for an airlines. I finished my last shift this past Saturday night. I never noticed or felt any problems all day, but when I got home I could tell my lower back had basically seized up. I was hoping some ibuprofen and some sleep would cure it, as I typically am a quick healer with zero issues with my back. We left on vacation Sunday and here it is Wednesday and I can barely get out of bed from the stiffness and soreness I fill....Please advise as I will be flying home tomorrow
