Dear Doctor,

I had a total knee replacement 10 weeks ago. I have been doing well - no need for my cane, no limping. But this past Sunday I attended an outdoor fair and was on my feet for 2-3 hours. The next day I was stiff and sore, but not too bad. But on the second day after, I could hardly get out of bed. It is now one day later, and i am in still suffering. I assume it must be an "overuse" injury? I do have arthritis, but it doesn't cause me to miss doing much. I am 67 years old, female, and 5'8" tall and weigh about 190 lbs. Thanks.
