General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The weakness and dizziness with more tendency of sleeping indicates high level of dehydration most likely, not controlled with oral medications. In my clinic, after thorough clinical assessment I do recommend an indoor treatment to prevent further dehydration and possible damage to kidney in terms of acute renal failure.

* Intravenous fluids, anti emetics and antibiotics are best measures to control GI infection as well as supportive symptoms via correction of underlying electrolyte abnormalities.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
