hi doc my sister has been suffering with stage 4 stomach cancer to our knowledge for about one and a half years ,had chemo etc.but is starting to vmit huge amounts of a brown substance in spite of eating like a bird or hardly eating at all with many thanks

consult oncologist for chemo and radio therapy. should be started with terminal care and counseling.
