Suggest Treatment For Stabbing Pain In The Heel After Injury

Hello, I trod on a nail which went about 3/4cm into my heel, about a month ago. The heel has been cleaned. I have had 2 set of antibiotics. The pain is still, very strong, like a stabbing pain.. when I flex my foot my lower achillies heel and planter feel very tight. do you have any suggestions? G
