Suggest Treatment For Squint Of A 3 Year Old

my son is 3yrs and 6month old,recently we found that his right eye is developing squint which he does not had before. sometimes his right eye goes to the right side. but when we close his left eye and ask him to look straight that time its perfectly fine

Hello. Thank you for your question. This is very common in pediatrics. There could be more than one cause. I recommend you consult with your doctor so a referral to a good pediatric ophthalmologist can be made and the appropriate treatment plan implemented.
