Suggest Treatment For Spreading Bumps Near The Anus

Hello, Just a quick question. I ve had a previous yeast infection that seems to always come back after I ve had sex. It usually goes away with no pain or problem. I felt like my infection was coming back because when I use the bathroom it hurt to wipe myself mainly because I get dry down there. I had sex recently and my vaginal area seemed fine. But I know its been hard for me to clean it because the dryness was coming back. Now I have a bump near my anus and it seems to be spreading. Its only been five days since I ve had sex. I have smelly discharge but its easier to go pee if I angle myself right. If I don t the pee causes my vagina to sting. Can you help me please?
