Hi ...... I sprained my right ankle Saturday ... Went to th hospital .... Had X-rays but no fracture .... I was told it was a bad sprain with pulled ligaments and torn tissue ... I have quite a bit of swelling compared to Saturday and more pain..... Is that normal ?
