Suggest Treatment For Sprain In The Foot Post Insole Removal
My 11 yr old son has flat feet like his father. Has been gvn supportive insoles which he wears everyday to school and a few exercises which he is doing. He likes to play a lot and during those times, he takes off his insoles as he says he cannot run very fast with the insoles on. And after that he usually sprains his feet. Sprains normaaly don t happen when he is wearing insoles. Please suggest what to do?

As of now you can use analgesics/anti inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/seratiopeptdase for symptomatic relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedician and get evaluated.
