Suggest Treatment For Spacing In Between The Teeth

Hi I'm 19 years old and my teeth are really disformed, I don't have normal teeth mine are all spaced from one another and some of them are not square shaped like there supposed to be, I realized now that from my teeth and my huge over bite is causing a lisp when I talk, I've never been to a dentist so I dont know what to expect. Is there anything I can do? :(

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that you have mal-aligned teeth and overbite and the cause of mal-alignment can be related to either defects in either alignment of teeth or can be due to defective jaw size..
I would suggest you to consult an Orthodontist and get evaluated and a proper examination and x rays will help..
It can be decided and proper treatment can be done only after a proper clinical examination, evaluation of proper malocclusion status and checking your facial profile and taking proper x rays to make proper measurements and taking impressions of your jaws and teeth and after all the evaluations an appropriate treatment can be done and the teeth will come under proper alignment that will improve your speech as well as appearance..
The most commonly done treatment is Fixed Orthodontic Braces..
It can take about one and half years for proper results of the treatment..
