Suggest Treatment For Soreness On The Top Of The Foot
I have a soreness on the top of my right foot across from the ankle at the outer edge of my foot. I ve had the same kind of soreness/burning on the front outer side of my leg not near the shin. Ice and stretching help sometimes with the calf soreness but not with the top/outer edge of the top of my foot Thanks

Hello,
It can be musculoskeletal pain by some injury. You can apply ice wrapped cloth over that. You can take anti inflammatory medication like brufen for five days.
The Diclofenac containing gel can be applied over sore part. If swelling is more and pain severe than local ankle joint x ray is advisable for further work up.
