Suggest Treatment For Soreness In The Neck Caused By A Trauma

I got a hit in the neck yesterday from a push bike handle. Hurt like hell. No Puncture of the skin. Neck is extremely sore today and quite swollen. It is extremely sensitive to touch. Located on the neck ne er the corroded vien/artery. Have had Voltarin and applied the crime to the neck. Assume it is badly bruised but wanted to get an idea if I need to watch anything

Swelling in neck post trauma could be due to hematoma formation or injury to soft tissues in neck. I suggest you to consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment of the swelling. In the meanwhile, you can take hot fomentation and pain killer for pain relief.
