Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that you are suffering from recurring throat infection that can be bacterial or viral in nature while lumps over the tongue and under the tongue seems to be due to apthous ulcers or canker sores that are also occurring secondary to throat infection..

I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like throat swab culture can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..

You can be advised a course of antibiotics like Augmentin, anti inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen, do warm saline gargles and steam inhalations...
You can apply a numbing gel over the ulcers on tongue and you can also take multivitamin supplements..
Avoid spicy food and drink plenty of water..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
