Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat And Bacterial Tonsillitis

Hi, I have a sore throat, that gets worst at night, puss like substance in my eyes and wake up with closed eyes from the puss and coughing. In March, I had the same symptoms which was Bacterial Tonsillitis. However, I don t have the white puss in throat, but could this be starting up again? It feels the same.

Hello dear
I understand your concern
You have recurrent occurring of sore throat.
It is most common by streptococcal infection.
I would suggest to undergo following tests:
Blood test: CBC, ESR, ASO, CRP,
Throat swab test, NAAT test, and antibacterial sensitivity.
Mean while take following advises:
Antibiotic according to culture report.
Tablet diaminic DA.
Gargle with betadine 2% and visous lidocaine gel.
Avoid cold beverages.
Steam inhalation, use humidifier.
Take proper rest.
If fever and pain: then DAN-SR.
