Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat And Acid Reflux

Hi, I am a 21 year old female of average height, weight and diet. However, I have been having a persistent sore throat, nausea, extreme fatigue, and my acid reflux (which I have had since I was 15) has seemed to get much worse recently causing severe burning pain in my throat. I also have an oddly shaped, flat, white (with a little red) patch on the back of my throat. I went to the urgent care and they did a strep test which came back negative. The doctor dismissed my symptoms as a simple sinus infection although (having had many in the past) this doesn t feel like any sinus infection I ve ever had. The doctor did say the patch in the back of my throat was definitely not Strep. Any ideas what s causing these symptoms, especially this weird white patch on my throat? Thanks in advance for any help!

It look that you do have acid reflux desease. Taking antacid on regular basis, plenty of water, avoid spicy and fried food, avoid lying after meals for 2hr will help you. You may require barium swallow to rule out hiatus hernia. That patch will settle once reflux subsides.
