Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat After Cough ,runny Nose And Fever

i recently had the flu with theusual cough ,runny nose and a low grade fever. i also had a slight sore throat. all of my symptoms have subsided but now I appear to have swollen glands . Is there any way to treat this or will it go away on its own. I have had them for 5 days now.
