Suggest Treatment For Sore Spots On Scalp, neck And Back

I had a very sore spot on the back of my scalp. It was in the middle of the bend in my neck, kind of along my hair line. It got extremely swollen. I finally got it completely opened up, and the infection started draining from the sore, however it felt like the infection that was coming out was also coming out of my sinus openings and through the roof of my mouth. These smelly, light green sacks could be squeezed out. Some were very small, some kind of bigger. When I was able to get the fluid drained and could feel no more sacks when I would press on the sore area, I went to bed. When I woke up the swollen area is no longer sore and has scabbed over (no longer looking gross and infected). My question is...what in the hell were those nasty little sacks I was squeezing out, and what could have caused it?

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per your case history of sore spots, my treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like Fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like Levocetirizine twice daily for 7-10 days.

If the problem persists then consult a dermatologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
