Suggest Treatment For Sore On Labia Majora

I have a sore on my labia majora. It s difficult to tell where hair has clumped together and what is skin. I pulled at it a little yesterday, tore the scan and caused it to bleed. Is there anything I can do to make it heal? I haven t had sex in three years, but I ve never been tested for sti s. Is it possible that something has been dormant that long and decided to emerge now?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the wound there then it need to be taken care and for that better to use broad spectrum local antibiotic and best would be "Povidone Iodine" and this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
