Suggest Treatment For Sore Lump Above Calf After Injury

A month ago I was hit in the ankle very hard with a cart a ct showed nothing. There is a nickel sized lump above the ankle along the tendon and two bb sized lumps more on the ankle. The two smaller ones you can move and manipulate. The area is sore and I can feel the tendon/muscles are tight up to the knee. The pain eased for a time with a brace but after a few days pain free I took the stairs the pain is back.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if it is nothing wrong detected in investigation then it is nothing to worry and such swelling and pain could be due to soft tissue inflammation and it may take some time to come around, no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
