Suggest Treatment For Sore Legs And Buttocks In An Elderly Person

I find that my leg and buttock muscles are very sore when they are rubbed with moderate pressure. They are not painful any other time. This includes both the front and back of my thighs and calf. This really is not affecting my life but I am concerned that it may be a symptom of a health problem that needs to be treated. Other than this I am a very healthy 69 year old woman. I workout with moderate weights and do arobic exercise 2 times a week.
