Suggest Treatment For Sore Feet
I have extremely sore feet...tops of feet from about ankle to beginning of toes. This has gone on for a long time, but today I also have a very sore spot on one shin. Feels like a nerve thing, as that is the pain type, and Tylenol doesn t touch it. I am also on Coumadin, but had a bld test this week and it s good. Any ideas? It is about an 8 on a 1 -10 scale at the moment. Have tried ice, but doesn t help; also tried Emu cream...nothing.
