I am a 29 year old female. Recently, i have a sore and burning sensation around my vaginal area especially when i pee. it sometimes itches, and has some smell. The discharge is yellowish and milky. After my period, the discharge remained a little dirty and sort of bloody for some time

From history it seems that you might be having yeast infection producing itching, white milky discharge.
There might be having some bacterial infection producing burning in that area.
Keep local hygiene proper particularly during period.
clean local part with water and apply triple action cream which will help for itching and infection.
If require go for one course of antibiotic medicine after consulting your doctor.
