Suggest Treatment For Social Phobia And Panic Attacks
Hai doctor Am 31yrs male am facing social phobia and panic attacks. My panic attack affecting my daily activities during my panic attacks am facing breathing difficult and shaking hands and legs. Heart beats will increase head aech, running heads continues blinking of eyes. Still now am not using any medicine other than homeo. I start this 6yrs ago but now a days am feeling high panic attacks. Let me know the treatment methods and medicine With regards Jithin

The increased heart rate and difficult breathing all can be sign if panic attack. I suggest you take allopathic medicine in stead of homeopathic alone. You can take anxiolytic drug like Alprazolam for three month and Fluoxetine like medicine of SSRI group for six months. You can plan for behavioural counselling as well for panic attacks.
