Suggest Treatment For Small Whitish Lump On The Vaginal Opening

I have a small whitish lump (about an inch) on the upper left part of my vagina, beside clitoris. This is sometimes painful & having it for 3/4 months. I also noticed an extra skin layer on left side of the urethral opening. Also there are some yellow stuff between labia majora & labia minora. It gets too itchy sometimes. My period is regular. I don t feel any pain or stomach cramp during periods. What can cause these symptoms and what can I do at home to cure this?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It could be a genital wart or papilloma. Consult a gynecologist and get evaluated.

Once the diagnosis is confirmed, you can opt for cauterization or cryosurgery.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
