Suggest Treatment For Small Spots On The Chest And Face
My 22 year old daughter has suddenly got small spots on her chest and face. She has been told by GP it is acne, however it has come out the blue and she had lovely clear skin two weeks ago. They do not itch but she is upset with how they look. Any suggestions?
By your history and description, the possibility of acne is more likely in her case. So tell her to follow these steps.
1. Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated.
2. Avoid oily and spicy food.
3. Avoid excessive sun exposure.
4. Wash face thoroughly with cold water 5 times a day.
5. Start clindamycin cream on acne lesions.
Don't worry she will be alright with all these.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Kaushal Bhavsar, Pulmonologist
