Suggest Treatment For Small Red Spots On The Face

Hello I have two tiny red dots on my face .One of them stings periodically but in particularly they flair up in the sun. I do wear high factor on my face but I am still very conscious of them. Would laser treatment be beneficial? And would it scar much ? Thanks

Dear
From the given description it is not possible to arrive at conclusion. Please let me know the location, size in mms, and any recent change in their appearance. also please tell me for how long these have been there. This could be something that can be temporarily controlled or something that may need removal. Upon receiving more information from you, i will guide you about the next step. In the meantime avoid exposure and apply some antibiotic cream as these might get infected due to environmental exposure and repeated touching. Please take care
