Suggest Treatment For Small Red Spots On The Chest And Arms

Red dots started appearing on my chest in my early 30 s and have spread over my chest, to my neck, and now my arms. They aren t painful but really embarrassing. The ones on my chest appear to be little tiny busted capillaries now. I also have degenerative disks in my upper and lower spine that I take pain meds for daily. My Dr checked my liver and it is good. Do you have any advice on how to get rid of them? My friend is a nurse and she said she heard they seem a saline solution to flush out these ugly tiny varicose looking things. I m willing to try anything.
